3. AMAZON CONNECTED ACCOUNTS & API DATA

Connecting Your Amazon Account

To provide certain features and services, ZonEdge allows you to securely connect your Amazon Advertising account and other supported Amazon services using Amazon’s official authorization (OAuth) process.

Connecting your Amazon account is entirely optional. When you choose to connect your account, Amazon will present an authorization screen describing the permissions requested by ZonEdge. ZonEdge only receives access to the information you explicitly authorize through Amazon.

At no time does ZonEdge collect, receive, or store your Amazon account password.

Information We May Access

Depending on the Amazon services you connect and the permissions you grant, ZonEdge may securely access information made available through Amazon’s official APIs, including but not limited to:

• Advertising account and profile information
• Marketplace and account identifiers
• Advertising campaigns, portfolios, ad groups, advertisements, keywords, bids, budgets, and targeting
• Search terms and search term performance
• Advertising reports and historical performance metrics
• Impressions, clicks, advertising spend, attributed sales, orders, conversions, ROAS, ACOS, CPC, CTR, and related advertising performance data
• Advertised products and associated ASINs
• Brand Analytics and other Amazon-authorized business insights, where available
• Product Opportunity Explorer insights, where available
• Customer Feedback insights and review topic summaries made available through Amazon APIs
• Technical information required to securely maintain your connection, including encrypted OAuth authentication tokens and authorization status

The information available to ZonEdge depends on your Amazon account, marketplace, permissions granted, and Amazon’s supported APIs.

How We Use Amazon Data

Authorized Amazon data is used solely to provide, operate, secure, maintain, and improve ZonEdge.

This includes:

• Displaying advertising and marketplace performance dashboards
  Analyzing campaign, product, keyword, and account performance
  Generating AI-powered recommendations and business insights
  Identifying advertising, keyword, product, and market opportunities
  Producing reports, forecasts, alerts, and performance summaries
  Supporting campaign optimization and strategic decision-making
  Diagnosing technical issues and maintaining platform reliability
  Providing customer support
• Detecting, preventing, and investigating fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unauthorized access
• Meeting applicable legal, contractual, and Amazon program requirements

AI-generated insights are intended to assist business decision-making and should not be interpreted as guarantees of future advertising performance, sales, profitability, or business outcomes.

Our Commitment to Your Amazon Data

Your Amazon account data remains your data.

ZonEdge does not sell, rent, or monetize Amazon-authorized information.

We do not disclose one customer’s identifiable Amazon account information to another customer.

Amazon-authorized data is processed only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and only to provide the services you request.

Data Security

Protecting customer information is one of our highest priorities.

ZonEdge maintains administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Amazon-authorized information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or loss.

These safeguards may include:

• Encrypted data transmission using HTTPS/TLS
  Encryption of sensitive authentication credentials and OAuth tokens at rest
• Role-based access controls
• Least-privilege access policies
• Multi-factor authentication for privileged administrative access
• Secure credential management
• System monitoring and audit logging
• Routine security updates and vulnerability management
• Confidentiality obligations for employees and trusted service providers

Access to Amazon-authorized information is limited to personnel and systems with a legitimate business need to provide the ZonEdge services you request.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share Amazon-authorized information for advertising or marketing purposes.

To operate the ZonEdge platform, we may use carefully selected service providers that support functions such as:

• Cloud hosting and infrastructure
• Data storage
• Security monitoring
• Customer support
• Analytics
• AI-powered processing
• Platform operations

These providers process information only on our behalf and are contractually required to protect the confidentiality and security of customer information.

Data Retention

We retain Amazon-authorized information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide the services you request
• Maintain your ZonEdge account
• Produce historical reports and analytics
• Protect the security and integrity of our platform
• Comply with legal, contractual, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations
• Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements

If you disconnect your Amazon account or revoke ZonEdge’s authorization:

• ZonEdge will immediately stop retrieving new information from Amazon.
• Authentication credentials associated with the connection will be securely revoked or removed.
• Previously collected information will be retained or securely deleted in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.

You may request deletion of your Amazon-connected information by contacting privacy@zonedge.co.

Revoking Access

You may revoke ZonEdge’s access to your Amazon account at any time by:

• Disconnecting your account within ZonEdge;
• Revoking ZonEdge’s authorization through your Amazon account settings; or
• Contacting us at privacy@zonedge.co.

Revoking authorization prevents ZonEdge from retrieving new information from Amazon. Information previously collected before revocation will continue to be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Privacy & Security Reporting

If you believe your Amazon-connected information has been accessed without authorization or you discover a potential security vulnerability involving ZonEdge, please notify us immediately.

• Whether to connect your Amazon account.
• Which Amazon accounts to authorize.

ZonEdge is a software platform owned and operated by BAM Enterprises LLC, doing business as ZonEdge.

ZonEdge uses Amazon’s official APIs only after receiving authorization from the applicable Amazon account holder.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, ZonEdge is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or operated by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its affiliates.
